Mark Rebagliati is an experienced exploration geologist who managed worldwide exploration projects and quality control programs for HDI and its associated companies, including Amarc, for more than 25 years. Directly involved in significant mineral deposit discoveries globally such as Pebble in USA, Mt Milligan, Southern Star and Kemess South in BC, Xietongmen and Newtongmen in China, and Campo Morado in Mexico, he has been recognized with awards from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, the Association of Mineral Exploration and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.  He was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2014.

C.J. (Charlie) Greig is a well known and successful geologist, with more than 40 years in the mineral exploration sector.  He is the 2022 recipient of the Prospector's and Developers Association of Canada's Bill Dennis Award as well as the 2020 Association for Mineral Exploration's H.H. 'Spud' Huestis Award for the discovery of GT Gold Corp.'s North Saddle porphyry Cu-Au deposit and Saddle South epithermal gold zone in northwest BC. He leads C.J. Greig & Associates, a geological consulting services team highly regarded for its technical expertise.

Jim Lang's 40 years of global experience spans applied research, and exploration and development of porphyry and other intrusion-related deposits, including 20 years as technical lead on large, advanced exploration and economic-stage development programs. His professional positions have included researcher at the Mineral Deposits Research Unit, executive positions at exploration companies and principal of JM Lang Professional Consulting. Jim has authored many papers on mineral deposits and is a frequent speaker at international geology and exploration conferences.

Jim Oliver is a highly respected geologist with more than 38 years of experinence in global mineral exploration. A consummate field geologist, he has unravelled geological complexities leading to discoveries and expansions of mineral deposits for Amarc and other companies across the industry.  The hallmark of his career has been extensive field work, and he continues to construct geological maps, direct drill programs and mentor the next generation of geoscientists across the globe.  For his distinguished service to the industry, Jim received the Canadian Institute of Mining Barlow Medal in 2014 and the Association for Mineral Exploration Frank Woodside Award in 2019.

Rick Roe is a well respected senior manager with extensive experience in site operations, project management, training site personnel and liaising with local communities.  He has been involved with HDI associated companies for many years, working in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Alaska, and China. Prior to HDI, he worked for various geological consultancies on programs throughout North America.

Gavin Titley is a professional geoscientist with more than 15 years of experience in the Canadian Cordillera, focused on porphyry copper exploration in north-central British Columbia.  As Senior Geologist, he has a key role in the advancment of Amarc's field programs at its district-scale porphyry Cu-Au projects.

Shari Gardiner is a professional geoscientist with more than 40 years of experience focused in the areas of exploration, communications and sustainability. She provides advice on technical compliance for Amarc, with experience preparing and writing news releases, technical reports, and quarterly and annual reports. She is also a past President of the 5000-member Association for Mineral Exploration BC.

Jason Quigley has more than 17 years of experience, specializing in regulatory permitting, sustainability, fisheries and public consultation on large mining, energy and infrastructure projects. He advises Amarc on regulatory and Corporate Social Responsibility aspects of project planning.
